Our resort was founded in 1971 with the goal of providing families with a fun and affordable vacation destination. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to relax and enjoy themselves, which is why we've always kept our entrance fees and accommodations affordable.

Over the years, we've expanded our resort to include a variety of activities and amenities, including huge slides, diving board, swimming pools for all ages and accomodation. But no matter how much we grow, we always stay true to our commitment to quality and affordability.

We take pride in providing our guests with clean and comfortable accommodations, as well as friendly and attentive service. Our staff is dedicated to making sure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Having fun under the sun since 1971

Suva's Place Resort was established in 1971 by Mr. Jose Timbol Suva. Originally named Pecina Dela Virgen Resort, it was later changed to the family's last name. The resort's first amenity was the Main Pool, which is 10ft deep and features 2 slides and 1 diving board. Two kiddie pools were added in subsequent years, and in 1995, Semi Private Pool, Casas, and Cuartos were built.

The current successor is committed to completing renovations and adding additional amenities such as a bar, restaurant, events place and suite rooms by 2030. The resort also plans to expand its hospitality business in the outskirts of Antipolo City. Suva's Place Resort promises to provide excellent quality services, the most comfortable and affordable place to stay in the heart of Antipolo City.

RESORT POLICY

1. All guests must pay the designated entrance fee before entering the pool area, children under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
2. The maximum occupancy per cottage is strictly enforced, additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy will be charged an extra person fee and cottage.
   
3. Playing music and using portable videokes are allowed only in moderation, loud music and videokes will not be allowed beyond 10:00 PM.
   
4. No using of empty cottages or umbrellas, any unauthorized usage shall be charged appropriately.
   
5. Beverages such as carbonated drinks and liquors will be P50.00 and P60.00 respectively (kindly refer to “Other fees”).
   
6. Usage of electricity in cottages will be charged P150.00 to P200.00 depending on the size of device.
   
7. We kindly request that all guests adhere to the instructions provided by the lifeguards and follow the pool rules at all times. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises.
   
1. Running, diving, and rough play are strictly prohibited.
   
2. Non-swimmers and weak swimmers must wear appropriate flotation devices.
   
3. Glass and plastic containers, sharp objects, and hazardous materials are not allowed in the pool area.
   
4. Only swimwear such as rash guards, shorts, swimming trunks, bathing suits shall be allowed while using the pools of the resort. No wearing of t-shirts, pants, jogger, denim shorts, khaki shorts, and tank tops.
   
5. All guests must shower before entering the pool.
   
6. Guests with open wounds, infections, or contagious diseases are not allowed in the pool.
   
7. Spitting, spouting water, and blowing the nose in the pool are strictly prohibited.
   
8. No food or beverages are allowed in the pool itself. There are designated areas for consuming food and drinks.
   
8. Any dangerous games or activities is not allowed inside the resort premises.
   
9. Let's work together to protect our planet by responsibly disposing of our trash in the designated bins.
   
10. Kids shall be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times while inside the resort and specially while using the pool.
    
11. All transactions and payments must only be made at the Front desk.
    
12. Always secure body stamps when going out of the resort, absence of which shall be considered invalid entry and shall pay corresponding entrance fee.
    
13. A penalty of P3,000.00 for customers caught doing vandalism in any part of the resort shall be imposed.
    
14. Any damaged resort property caused by the customer shall be charged accordingly upon checking out.
    
15. The resort management will not be responsible for any loss or damage for the customer’s property.
    
16. Possession or use of illegal drugs or marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the resort premises. Any person proven carrying or using such will be reported immediately to proper authorities and will be asked to leave the resort without refund.
    
17. A penalty of P1,000.00 for customers caught urinating on walls and areas other than comfort rooms.
    
18. We kindly request all guests to maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment within the resort premises.
    
19. Engaging in any form of disruptive behavior, such as fighting, shouting, or causing disturbances to other customers, may result in being asked to leave the resort without a refund. Additionally, a charge of P2,000 will be applied for any disruption caused to the resort's operations.
    
20. Any pictures and videos taken within the premises may be utilized for company advertisement purposes.

I had a wonderful time at Suva's Place Resort in Antipolo City. It is one of the first resorts in the area, and it has a lot of amenities to enjoy. I loved the main pool with the cave slide, and the semi-private pool for a more relaxing swim. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and some of them had a great view of the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome. The resort is also close to the famous Antipolo Cathedral Church and Hinulugang Taktak, which are worth visiting. I would definitely recommend Suva's Place Resort to anyone looking for a fun and affordable getaway in Antipolo.
